Shipping

We ship orders via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses. 

We do not ship internationally at this time but hope to do so in the future.

Returns

Kadet aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition.

• If you'd like to exchange for another size, please return your item and place a new order for the item and size that you'd like to purchase.
• Please utilize our contact form and include the item you're returning and your order number and a brief reason for your return.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be issued for returned items. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
